2024 ANNUAL SUMMIT
Join us on Thursday, April 18, 2024 from 1: 00 pm - 4:00 pm for this year’s Annual Summit. This year’s theme is “Community Unmute: Finding Your Voice.” Annual Summit participants will hear from experts in the field of public health, community development, advocacy, entrepreneurship, local governments and more, and will have the opportunity to engage with fellow participants, make connections, and form new collaborations. Participants will also hear from speakers/panelists:
- how community organizations have successfully worked together to assess the needs of where they live, learn, play, work, grow, and thrive;
- how coalitions use community assessments to prioritize health goals and objectives and how, through cooperative work, shared resources and local expertise, they collaborate to meet their shared goals; and
- how organizations/coalitions have used their experiences to sustain progress and continue to build momentum and support for growing a healthy community.
